Headshot Hunter showcases the best headshot/portrait photography from all over the UK and Ireland, all on one website. We believe in giving photographers the very best platform on which to advertise. In doing so, we believe we really help our users to understand fully what each photographer has to offer and to see how well that matches against their own requirements.

In one simple step, using criteria such as location, price and specialism you can create a shortlist of photographers that match your requirements. Headshot Hunter then enables you to compare your shortlisted photographers side by side. This allows you to see clearly and compare the detail of what each one has to offer. For example, time with the photographer, number of final shots or the turn-around time. Once you have chosen your photographer you can contact them directly via the Headshot Hunter website.

Director and Founder – Phil Duguid-McQuillan

Phil is a professional actor and agent. At the start of his career, he found the process of searching for a photographer to take his first professional headshots extremely time consuming and difficult, and talking to colleagues and friends made him realise that this was the norm. Phil had an idea that it would be so much simpler to be able to go to one website and have enough detail on it to be able to identify the best photographer that suited his requirements.

So in 2013 he began his quest to develop a search and comparison website that would do just this. Phil is passionate about making the process as easy as possible for actors and performers to achieve the end result of having great professional headshots. He is equally as passionate about supporting photographers and ensuring that they have the best possible exposure on the website.
